Each year, the company has a Global Kickoff Event, where employees (or “Rokt’stars”) from around the world gather for training and company bonding. At Rokt, all new hires are welcomed via:
Induction: During the company offsite, Rokt has three days dedicated to new hires where leaders from each department hold fun, interactive sessions explaining how they contribute to Rokt’s success.
Onboarding: Rokt takes a hands-on approach to onboarding, with managers working one-on-one with their direct reports to ensure that they have everything they need to succeed. New hires get to dive into their role and learn as they get introduced to small projects, this allows them to work toward a goal with their team. Managers also set up meetings with leaders across departments for introductions and advice for new hires.
Buddy system: During a new hire’s first few weeks, they are connected with a designated buddy for three months. These pairings help new hires adjust to the company and have a friendly face to turn to.
