I'm a recent graduate based in Columbus, OH, and I've been actively seeking contract roles in Software domain. It's been challenging to get my resume noticed, as many positions close internally, limiting opportunities to connect with hiring teams. As someone new to the country without professional connections for referrals, I am hoping for a fair chance to showcase my skills in an interview.
