    I have been doing some cpd training. However they are all remote and are not in a lab. I have been volunteering on focus groups for hospital. Not intensive. So thats kind of scary for intensive roles. I have dissappointments in not writing up. I used to frame everything as regret. They are not the same thing.Regrets had losses involved unintentionally. About losslessness.

    Initially had to work through no experience. It is hard to start from the bottom up again. So some of the cpd courses have been helpful.

    If I understand your question, how would you provide evidence if you don't have the experience? You need to get some first. Have you tried an internship? They can provide either experience or a refresher of skills.

    ? Evidence of lack of recent experience? Not sure what you hope to get here in terms of advice. If you don't have experience and want to show that you have some you will need to show how you learn - for example in an interview talk about the last thing you learned without doing before and how you got to be expert at it. Hopefully you can find something that aligns with the kind of work you want to do. Assume that is what you want in this ask for advice?
