hello everyone, I want to share something with you guys I recently graduated with b.tech in computer science from a private university and I got 1 offer from a reputed company but the main bluff is here that I never received the joining letter from the company till now its been 7 months and didn't receive any mails regarding the joining or onboarding. It's been so depressing months and still trying my best luck on off-campus job applications but no luck till now and just doing leetcode and solving problems and still no jobs or interview calls or any assessment emails. I just wanted to share my thoughts with you all guys and I am still trying my best to get into a decent job.

Are you able to follow up with them? Sending a follow up email to a recruiter, to say you are still in the market for work, etc.

I'm sorry for your difficulties. The job market is really harsh right now, which is crazy when the news keeps saying how many new jobs have been posted. New jobs for who?

A few things that may make you stand out:

    1. Send a thank you after every interview you have - be it in person or online.
    2. Send a follow up email or schedule a follow up call no more than 2 weeks after the interview. Let them know how interested you are and remind them of what value you'd bring to their team.

    Wishing you all the best!

New 'Black jobs" are being posted

You must definitely follow up with the company who you got the offer from! Following up (usually straight away) shows the employer that you are interested and pro-active. If you wait around, you might miss a great opportunity.
