What to do when you go on an interview and ask for feedback and the recruiter never responds back to you when you have emailed them about it . I don’t want to seem desperate but it bothers me that they can’t reach out to let me know .

    Not all recruiters are good at follow up. It could be that the company didn't provide them with any feedback. It could be that the recruiter is ghosting you. If you've asked a few times and heard nothing back, move on. Work with other recruiters and expand your job search.

    Probably avoiding you rather than straight up tell you that many organizations will not provide candidates with feedback.

    Recruiters just aren't that interested.

    Many avoid providing direct feedback to avoid legal liabilities. Its a sad reality.

    Follow up directly with the company instead of the recruiter, thank them for the interview and ask "did you have any additional questions or concerns that I could address?" Then reiterate your interest. At that point, all you can do is all you can do. The best use of your time is to keep applying elsewhere until you get a decent offer.
