Where did you hear a large mass of employees quit? That hasn't happened nor will happen. It was just a threat not reality. The reality is that those called back to the office went back or lost their jobs. And this will continue.

There have been a number of assertions that come January, teams are going to see numbers shrink as a result of 5 day RTO. It’s silent firing.
Seems like they’re trying to save managers from doing that kind of work, but they took care of that with the forced attrition of a bunch of midlevel managers already.

Predictions of mass quiting is not reality. Everyone that needs a job will be RTO. Eventually maybe folks will take the pay-cut and find remote jobs but the masses will return to the pre-covid office mandate in order to keep their jobs.
