I am 4th year BSc Agriculture student from a private university in Odisha. So,in campus placement I still got only 2 job offer one from Edvedha and another from SmartEd.

I am confused about which company should I choose or if I should even choose one. I also want to specify not have the same salary range but Edvedha has probation period of 6 months but SmartEd has a probation period of 3 months.

    Hello: These are my suggestions based on your questions (1) I would lean towards SmartEd since it seems to have a larger online presence etc. It is more likely that you will get more support for an employee bring-up. (2) The decision to choose any depends on your financial situation. A number of people on FGB are having problems getting job offers. I would lean towards accepting one of the jobs and working at the job for at least a year. You would get more experience, money, and ability to expand your network. You can restart the job hunt after a year. Hope the suggestions help.
