I've study IT for 3 years now, but somehow I still cant land a decent job, what should I improve?

    Try to land a intership even if they dont pay you anything.

    Hate to break it to you but there is not step-by-step guaranteed way to get a job. Anyone who tells you otherwise either thinks their way is universal or is trying to sell you something.. You will have to create your own path. Lean on your natural talents and find your in that way.

    I would go back to the school where you studied and look up their alumni and/or career services center. All colleges and most trade schools have them, because their students landing good jobs helps sell their programs. They will likely have job coaches, a jobs board where they post jobs from companies seeking entry-level people, and resume services. Some offer these for free, but if they charge, it is usually much cheaper than a professional job coach and resume review.
