Sometimes what you're looking for can just be a matter of rephrasing.
Most companies don't offer relocation package assistance (unless it's an essential or rare position or a high paying company).
I'd suggest looking for jobs that have companies in various locations (that are of interest to you). Read up on any potential for relocation or transfer. (Just because a company has various locations doesn't mean they transfer folks). During the interview process- if things go well- ask them about relocation. Sometimes companies will allow hybrid work for a while. Remote work typically for folks further from the HQ.
If a company has an expectation for you to be in the office (and it's too far for a commute or requiring a relocation)- open up the conversation about relocation, fees, costs, solutions (I once had a new boss who was expected to be on site 2 times in the month for at least 2 days each. It was negotiated that they either give her money to relocate after the 1st year and a good performance review OR they pay for temporary housing like hotel or AirBNB. They did the hotel option).
But in this day in age with the housing shortage affecting many, relocation may be a trigger word. You may want to talk about expectations for being on site, resources available, who is responsible for it, are $$ advances possible, etc.
Good luck.
