Hi Everyone,

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to vent a little. The job application process has been really tough lately. I've been putting in the time and effort to tailor my applications, but landing an interview seems more complex than ever. It feels like my resume is getting lost in a sea of applicants, and it's been frustrating not to see the results I'm hoping for.

I know I'm not alone in this, and I just wanted to share how challenging this journey has been. I'd love to hear from you if anyone has any advice or can relate to it. Thanks for listening.

Yes, I am. It's so discouraging. I actually am questioning how I got here, then I start to meditate and prayer, and realize there are people out there in the same situation. I just need to question what I need to improve on. I had a call interview this morning and not certain how to feel. I hope I get the call for the 2nd interview, but the waiting process aches. I hope you find something very soon and may your journey be blessed with getting all you deserve in this chapter in life where you land that JOB!

The same here... I can relate to that, it's like a roller coaster you read about a position, you believe you're the perfect fit, you do your best to apply full of excitement and then... Waiting for a call or email is an eternity. I've been ghosted lots of times is exhausting the job hunting process. However, we need to keep applying and trying to do things in a different way if we want to see different results. Hope we can land THE JOB soon!!!

Have you tried putting your Open to Work banner on for recruiters only on LinkedIn? I did and was contacted by a great company, I just went through the final interview and it looks hopeful that I'm going to get an offer. Highly recommend.
