I am working at a job to pay some of my bills because of the economy. I have been with the same company since the pandemic, and I currently work at a retail logistics company and want to change careers I am a seasoned worker and feel that it's not too late to change. The work I do is physically demanding . I am looking for an administrative remote role. how do I transition from retail to administrative career?

    You’ll need to write your retail experience in such a way that your experience matches what they’re looking for on an administrative position. Examples of such jobs include an executive assistant or an administrative assistant job. If you can find openings like those online, then you can tailor your retail experience as best as possible to those jobs.

    With that said, it’ll be a long and troublesome road because the competition for virtually any job requiring just a BA Degree/HS Diploma is intense. But, you can do it! Good luck!
