    If you create an app, you often need to pick a single platform for it to work successfully on. They all don't just work on any operating system. What the work on creating an app on an Apple phone, for example, that same creation usually has to be created from the inaugrual beginning for an Android phone- Samsung. You can't just create an app to fit all at the same time, they have their own language. Also, when you have a website, you have to also go in and adapt it to have a mobile presence, it's not set up the same way.Does that help?
