Amazing team but after a year I officially know this role isn't for me but fear moving to a team that might not have similar values

I've been lucky to join an organization and have great coworkers who are supportive and understanding.I knew the role wasn't for me after 3 months but decided to continue because of the amazing team and figured with time I would love the role. I'm now unmotivated to do the work but I push through it daily to support my team.I want to stay with the organization and explore roles that align with my interest in quality but I've heard horror stories about other teams and I fear ending up on one of those teams.

I vet the various internal teams to find one that fits. You need to network heavily. It's going to take time.

If you have a good relationship with your manager, discuss this with them and see if they can help you find something internally that better suits your gifts and passions.
