    That's terrible. However, lesson learned, don't ever give your job all you had again. I have learned that the people who say no, and set firm boundaries are the ones who inevitably end up on top. Their behavior messages that they value themselves and know their worth. It makes it much harder for people to walk all over you when don't allow yourself to become a doormat.

    You are probably better off. That doesn't make you feel any better I can imagine but things happen for a reason. Take care of yourself these days to recover.
