Morning Tea Ideas!

Morning Tea Ideas!

While sitting down today with my morning newspaper, my eyes fell on an article of a woman seeking job. She had placed an ad for a job as a full housemaid.

I realized that there is a whole community, who are not that literate or have fewer means of survival; that still does not have a platform where they can just go, login and just start searching for a job. They don't have that place where job seekers can directly interact with hirers. Mind it, I am from India.

Now, me being me, started developing a plan to build such kind of platform, all the necessities, like the employees I would need, the expense of web, the coders etc. After making the whole blueprint in my mind, I came upon the question that, most of those labors don't even know how to use the internet, even if I somehow make it available to them(A big task).

So, like always, my thoughts ended up with requiring more education for every kid out there, even if they belong to the hard working laborer, especially if they belong to our industrious society. Our world will fall apart without them.

In India, even after providing cheapest education to the kids by the government, most of them, still choose to work alongside their parents to meet the needs of their family.

Inflation is happening. And the society that it is affecting the most, is our laborers.

Today, I might not be at a place where I can make a difference, but, someday, I will be. And I'll be standing at the front of a community, who'll all be willing to invest in the betterment of our laborers, with dedication.

Cuz' They deserve it!

If you were in the US, I would suggest starting a non-profit and looking for grant money to cover the start-up costs. Several agencies and associations provide grant money to help uplift marginalized communities. You sound like you have a good start on a business plan. You may want to see if there are similar resources in India.
