    Helping others and reading their issues to see "I'm not alone" as well as some ideas I can relate to (dealing with resumes, annoying colleagues and frustrating bosses)

    I enjoy helping others- I'm almost 51 and seen my share of crap. Hopefully I can make someone else feel better with "it isn't you" or "I fixed this problem by...."
