Hi everyone — I’m currently exploring new remote opportunities in Program Management, Business Operations, PMO Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Governance/Process leadership roles.

Over the past several years, I’ve made a career out of walking into operational chaos, staring directly at the flaming spreadsheet, and somehow leaving behind scalable systems, governance structures, cleaner workflows, and significantly fewer “wait… who owns this?” meetings.

My background includes:

• Cross-functional program leadership

• Process and governance design

• Untangling workflows held together by hope and outdated documentation

• Large-scale reporting operations

• SOP and knowledge management development

• Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other tools I have lovingly wrestled into submission

• Translating operational spaghetti into something resembling civilization

I’m especially passionate about roles where strategy, systems thinking, communication, and empathy all need to exist at the same time, because the best processes are the ones that make work easier for the humans inside them.
