Do you have a background in data analytics? Are you able to derive meaningful insights using statistics and other methodologies? Do you have a degree in statistics, sociology, or any other disciplines where you are taught how to perform data analytics? Have you been able to apply these skills in your current or prior roles?
If so, focus on these skills and education on your resume. Highlight business results gained from this skill in your current and prior roles. Make sure your resume shows business results/outcome, instead of just “Performed data analysis to gain insights on root causes of customer issues”. What was done with those insights? How did the company benefit?
Understand AI algorithms that determine which resumes get to recruiters. Understand also what skills recruiters are looking for and make sure you have them. You may need to take courses, get certifications, and look for opportunities to apply this learning to your current role.
