My job title was changed in February, and I didnt get a pay increase. Recently had my yearly performance review and my supervisor said he wasnt aware of the title change because it was done by the quality manger, yet he signed off on the letter. Right now I have been assigned more task with no pay increase, no new change in title on my email signature or organisation chart. How can I handle this.

Sounds like this title change and increase was not fully vetted and approved. Just check with HR but since your supervisor is not advocating for you, it sounds like it may be delayed.

When your managers finally update you about an increase, have the start date of your additional duties ready and request a retroactive increase, They might be planning to offer that anyway.

Ask IT to update the title on your signature block on your email account if you're not able to do it.

Ask the Quality Manager if an email can be sent to the rest of your department/colleagues you work with to make them aware of the title change.
