    I have ADHD and am ALWAYS having an internal conversation with myself. Not much I can do about it. Sometimes it makes it look like I am not participating in the conversation that I may be having with another person, but I can tell you that I am fully invested in that conversation.... probably TOO invested and over analyzing what they are saying... LOL!

    Isn't it interesting the things you can pick up when they really don't think you are listening? LOL! I love proving to them that not only was I listening but I was brainstorming several answers/solutions (if that is required) during that time.

    And honestly if I had had direct eye contact during that whole conversation, I probably would have only remembered a fraction of it cause then all of my energy is in "trying to look like I'm paying attention"... :)
