    I think your first stop should be a Staffing Specialist for leads in your area.

    I'm am Accountant of 15-plus years; irregardless, the combination of "values employees" AND remote are difficult to reach. I'm not being negative, I'm approaching thr situation realistically- though the goal is not impossible.
