I have. No where close to replacement salary but I earned around a thousand dollars over the last 12 months. I've probably worked under 4 hours total across the whole year, so that's pretty good money for my time. Both of the sites that I belong to are not "get paid a few dollars to do an online survey" types of sites, they are "do a quick survey to see if you fit the company needs and if you do fit, then they set up an interview" type of site.
I use two different sites:
UserInterviews - this site does a lot of different types of interview/surveys from food, consumers good, tech stuff, sports, current affairs.
https://www.userinterviews.com/r/yyktnpwjp (that's my referral url, so if you sign up and do a survey, I get a few bucks)
Polis by Emporia - https://www.emporiaresearch.com/ this site is more business/tech focused.
