Update... Just wanted to let you guys know what happened. I have worked with chickens for years. They got new supervisors and all the women got fired. I was devastated. I am 60 years old and out of a job. I ran 2 farms for them had around 20 people under me. You guys were great. I took your advice and filed charges. I received my right to sue letter this week and 20 more people have joined me. Because of your advice we are going to have our day in court. So Thanks guys.

If you end up needing to look for work in the meantime, is there a place near you that sold equipment to your farms / your company? a Home Depot or Agway or Tractor Supply or Wilco or similar? A place like that might value what you can tell them about what farms need, and might also value your connections.
