I just flagged a long line of spam posts. The real people who post on this site usually have good questions and advice. It's sad that this site is so overrun with spam. Surely there is a way for moderators to screen posts before allowing them on the page; some Facebook moderators do this. While it would reduce spontaneity, it would make this site more useful in the long-term for people who need help with a career-related topic or have knowledge/experience that they are willing to share.
