Hello everyone - I am undertaking a Cert IV in business administration currently and have been tasked with using different strategies to research best practice strategies in regards to Human Resource management and support.
If a few people could take the time to answer the below questions for me I would appreciate it very much.
1. What, if any, mechanisms should be in place to recognise and reward high performing employees as well as to address performance issues and provide support for those issues?
2. What factors should be considered when creating a recruitment strategy for a company?
3. What is the planning process to ensure the workforce is responsive to changes in business needs or changes to market conditions?
