I was working in a product based company for 3 years and then due to my personal commitment i had to join a startup. I joined as lead and currenty handling a devops team. But my manger is very critical and does not understand the process of devops. DevOps is not about implementation of toold but its about bringing process. Even if i give my manager a very well neat and clear POC and costing , he still denies it. If i ask any lead about the product just to get a clarity , my manager yelled at me saying "just do whatni ask you to do , not a single company gives free hand to devops". Me who worked under a wonderful team previously and handled multi tasking is forces to just do one work for weeks. I am targeted even if i say i can do it better. They treat me like a associate level employee just because i am new to the company even the CEO of the company feels devops is not a important job but only inovation matters. I want to achieve more at this age and not settle qith people who are not open to new ideas. What should i do now?

This company does not value the work you want to do. You will need to change companies to get a new job doing what you are passionate about.

Find a new job. This one is coming to an end. You and your boss aren’t compatible.

Without knowing any details from you are describing, it is very difficult to form an opinion. I work for a large social media platform company and have worked in TECH for a number of years. I also have an MS in Industrial Engineering and spent years as a project manager. So is the company you are working for having issues bringing its software to production without a long list of fixes and bugs? Things being delivered on time, yes or no? Does the company go constantly over budget? As for me, our company does a great job with DEVOPS but guess what? It takes us months to make simple changes and a roomful of people to add a simple feature. So there are 2 sides to this coin.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. If I had a nickel for every time I saw someone hire functionality, whether it’s one person or an entire team like yours, without understanding the role of the functionality they just hired, I may not need to work anymore. You can try to have a conversation with your manager to explain the purpose of DevOps and what your team needs to be successful. At the same time, though, I would be looking for other opportunities. You can’t be sure that your boss will be receptive to such an education, and I’m willing to bet he won’t be. Anyone who dismisses your expertise as a professional in your field is not worth working for.

In startups COG's are everything. If you cannot abide by what the manager is asking you to do in the way they need that info it's not a fit for you and your style of working. Look for a new job.

The idea behind prediction markets is simple: trade contracts tied to future outcomes. Each contract settles at a fixed value, depending on whether the event happens. Traders buy when they believe probability is underestimated and sell when sentiment shifts. This creates dynamic price movement. Guides reviewing prediction market sites https://predictionmarketscomparer.com/ typically compare liquidity, available categories, and interface usability. These comparisons help users identify platforms suited for beginners while also highlighting advanced tools for experienced traders seeking deeper analytics and more active markets.

We recently discussed improving deployment workflows, and I wanted to see how different service providers approach https://apprecode.com/blog/top-5-ci-cd-companies-for-cloud-deployment-and-pipeline-automation CI/CD implementation. Reading this comparison of ci/cd providers gave me a good overview of the market and helped me understand which factors are worth paying attention to when choosing a vendor. It's a useful reference if you're currently exploring automation services.
