    It’s great to see another customer support professional here. Remote roles are definitely out there, especially for strong communicators with support experience.

    You might want to highlight any tools you’ve used (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, etc.) and whether you’ve worked with global teams—that really helps with remote applications.
