“Elevating everything we do!”

I WAS asking the question from a management perspective, as in, “What challenges are you seeing and what changes are you adapting to?” That certainly doesn’t mean that I am “tone deaf” to my team. I believe in leadership as stewardship, both of my business and my team. The business doesn’t run well unless the team feels valued, supported, and—even more so now—safe. The brand I work for has an added element, too, for Guests which must also be cultivated for the team. Loving on my team is one of the best parts of my job. Thanks for the feedback.

I am very glad you value your team. You are right, leadership as stewardship is the best way forward. I am happy to hear from a leader who loves and values the members of her team. I wish both you and your team success, happiness, health and peace of mind in these insane times.
