Do i need resign from my current work because i feel our boss is bias towards me. My workmate has not process a payment because she said she does not see the email coming the biller. I and our supervisor have also an access to that email. She said she does not read the email coming from the biller because it was already marked as read. But our boss, instead of telling my workmate to check the emails, i and our supervisor were the one he told that we should tell her if there is an email or marked as unread the email, but he said nothing to my co workmate. I mean, i and our supervisor were not the one at fault but we were the one that is been advice or educated by our boss.
