It doesn't matter, but you are probably no longer their number one choice. Many companies require a hiring manager to interview 3 candidates. I knew after my first candidate, he was the one. I waited the bs 10 days and called him. He accepted tight away.
Remember, there is alot of ghosting for jobs. They post to gain info, especially salary info, with no intention to hire. This is illegal.
The next time you get a call, ask for the job requirements I'd.
Also, too many Indians posing as recruiters for fake companies. They are just trying to gain info, so one of their fellow Indians can get the job. It's becoming a big problem. Never send them a Word doc resume. They manipulate it and send to their Indian friends. Only send pdfs.
Also, companies hold off as they worry about age discrimination. They want Millenials, not people over 50. Big mistake and you can sue them.
