Hello all,

Hello all,

After 8+ years in sales—serving as an Account Executive, Manager, and most recently leading sponsorships as a department head for a product development company in the tech space—I’m reaching out today during a big transition. As of this morning, I was let go from my role.

On a personal note, I’m also 5 months pregnant with our first child, due in early August. This news brings a mix of emotions, especially as the primary breadwinner in our household and someone who now finds themselves without medical coverage and ineligible for most maternity leave policies.

While it’s a vulnerable moment, I’m staying hopeful and open to finding the right next step—one that supports both my professional growth and this incredibly meaningful stage of life. If you have any advice, encouragement, leads, or ideas, I would be so grateful.

Thank you for reading and for any support you can offer.

I suggest speaking with an employment attorney as this company might need to offer you severance and medical due to their timing of termination. You might have legal rights you are not aware of.
