    Comfort in the job changes over time. Not currently comfortable in my job (30+ years) due to management making adjustments in job role. More work in new areas with my prior work still needing to be done.

    For me, it usually takes about a year to 18 months! At least to feel like you know enough stuff to be dangerous. I also feel like this is fair assessment for you to decide whether or not the job is meeting your expectations/ career goals. The review cycle is a two-way street!
