I need guidance

I have worked in 4 financial services companies in 6 years and I have hated my jobs. Either I am underpaid or work on a toxic team or feel creatively stifled. I have a non-US bachelors. I am a creative, people-person with great customer service skills. I need help pivoting onto a new career path and discovering what work helps me find fulfillment. What should I do?

List what you like about what you currently do and then list what you like - period. Do the same for what you don’t like. Do some research that helps you plug that in to see what would be a good fit. You can also check the local college/university and see if they have a career guidance section that will help determine what fulfills you.
