Boss wavers on how we should handle requests from clients. In one breath she wants to "control" and wants us to ask her before responding to a client..... then in other cases, if I tell her how I will respond to a client she will say "Why wouldnt you respond that way?..... I want to reply to her comment but do not know what to say... damned if you do and damned if you dont! Your thoughts please!! Thank you

    Just meet with her and ask her the process. And maybe offer her a suggestion of how to have a process. Sounds like she agreed with your suggestion. Then just do it.
