How do we rebuild culture when remote workers return to the office?
Three weeks ago, I had an interview with a company who was very excited to hire me as a Culture Officer. That same day, coronavirus became very real and both my current company and the one I'm "dating" sent a lot of their workforces home. I was tasked with creating a pitch for the new company's executive team about my new role and what I could accomplish. Now I think I need to refocus my presentation (which has been indefinitely postponed) to focus on rebuilding the company culture when all workers return after the quarantine is over. Do you have any ideas, recommendations, tips, tricks or suggestions for my new presentation?
