Hello all, I’ve been at my current company only 8 months but actively applying for another job because my manager and the leadership team is toxic and gaslight me constantly.

How should I respond in an interview if I’m asked why I’m leaving my current job? I know not to say anything negative, and yet answers on a Google search don’t really factor in a short employment stint (aka “there were little advancement opportunities”) Thanks in advance for your advice!
