Yes, definitely. No job comes perfectly wrapped up in a pretty bow. One of the questions I have asked as an interviewee, is what do you think the biggest challenge is in this role? Or how would you describe the culture of your company? If you're in the job now and realize you are so frustrated, make a list of what you like, what you don't like and what you have the power to change. If you realize you are in a toxic environment, know this, it will not change. Seek another opportunity where not only the work matters but you matter.

My personal belief is that a few quirks don’t cancel out the bigger passion and purpose! Sometimes, it's those very quirks/challenges that catalyze new opportunities or innovation. Very much a "you get what you put in" sort of situation!

Yes! No job is perfect. No company and/or environment is perfect. The key is learning what you can live with and what you can't. I know so many people who have left a job because something minor (in my opinion) only to end up in a worse situation with their new role.

Yes! You'll never, ever find perfection in any company or a work environment. There are pros and cons to any working relationship. It's really up to the individual to decide what they will be willing to endure or not.
