Job recommendations

I was recently laid off at my job and I am trying to find an entry level jobs with companies hiring immediately and possibly remote. I am also interested in the marketing/ sports industry I have experience in Admin and customer service. I have a degree in Business admin and currently working towards my bachelors in Marketing.

The sports industry is very hard to get into. If you are working towards a degree, see if your university has a sports presence. Then see if you can find an internship or student job to get exposure and something on your resume. I'm in higher ed, those jobs are tough and not easy to find, but depending on where you live, like ATL, or CLT or a bigger city, you will have to move. So many great sports teams out there surely they have jobs posted? Or network. For example, my nephew networked with our head coach's assistant, though no job was available, he ended up getting a full ride to another university and will be working with another head coach. It's about networking and positioning yourself. Who do you know that can connect you? Or if you do not have connections, certainly reach out on LinkedIn and network there. Good luck to you!

I feel you, but don’t panic like it’s the end of the road. With a Business Admin degree and marketing on the way, you’ve got way more leverage than you think. Remote entry-level roles in customer support, CRM, community management, and digital ops are popping up everywhere if you dig a bit deeper. When I was looking for side gigs and trying to understand digital platforms better, I ended up checking sites like https://onlinecasinogambling.in/ which actually gives an overview of how online platforms operate in India — secure payments, user behavior, traffic patterns, all that. Weirdly enough, it helped me understand how digital industries structure themselves, and honestly that kind of insight is gold in marketing and sports-related roles. Don’t sell yourself short — you're way more equipped than you think.
