    What do your payroll deductions look like? There isn't a whole lot to go on here.

    I'm with you. Payroll deductions - including cost of benefits, etc.

    Also, OP, please make sure that your withholdings are correct. I have seen it on more than one occasion where payroll has entered the information incorrectly and the employee may not realize it immediately.

    If you got pushed into a higher tax bracket, do you now have to pay into a city tax, any other new mandated deductions that you didn't have before? Deductions correct? This all plays into it.
