I'm looking for a new position in the email marketing field. I could use some advice and coaching.

I'm currently employed in email marketing, but I'm dissatisfied with my current position, and I would like something new. Are there any career coaches or hiring managers who specialize on email marketing who could give me some tips on how to find a good fit for me?

    Thank you Cassie!

To be more specific, what's frustrating me about my current position is the lack of creativity (I'm used to a less corporate style), the CRM software being used (steep learning curve, B2B-based rather than B2C-based), and the lack of collaboration. I'm used to working with other people more closely, and I feel like I'm out on an island by myself in my current role.

Follow-up to this post; I was just let go by my current employer. I’m not sure this is a bad thing, as I feel strangely relieved. I was so stressed out there and I feel somewhat freed. I’m still concerned about finding new work.

My business has grown by leaps and bounds since I learned about email marketing. It is a free form of advertising that is usually widely used. Using email marketing correctly ensures that your customers are engaged and interested, for example with modular email design, this can give you an edge when creating and sending emails.

Additionally, including a strong press release in your portfolio can showcase your ability to effectively communicate key messages. That's a completely understandable position to be in, and a strategic approach to your job search is just as important as the technical skills you possess. Beyond optimizing your profiles and portfolio, consider leveraging platforms that aggregate tools and resources specifically for career growth and professional development.
