New Boss

New Boss

Both my coworker and I applied for this job. The person who got it has less years of experience not arguably, less to minimal industry experience, and was playing games during day one of in person orientation. This dude was sitting next to people who will be coming to him for guidance. You can't make it up.

And? Just ranting about this here? Best is to stay the course wait until they find out who he really is rise above and when he fails or fumbles show them why you were the better choice. Or, rally for the next time they have that role open. Reacting negatively now is not going to do good things for you.
