I want to give you some advice you never know what was happening behind the scenes. It sounds like you were contributing and doing your best with ideas and forward thinking which I know they ask for, but when it comes down to it they really don’t want it and maybe felt intimidated by you that possibly you would over shadow them. I had this happen to me, but it was a contact role not permanent. I chalked it up for experience as well as budgets. It’s nothing personal against you it’s just jealousy and putting themselves first. I’m sure you will find a much better role that God will ordain for your life with the right people to work with. Have Faith & Hope this will not be your last role keep on doing what you do and I’m sure you will be blessed with a better role. God never makes mistakes when one door closed another better one opens for your own good ? .
