This is pretty broad- what was your major?

If you’re looking for outlets - LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed.

I would get involved in the community to meet people…

depends what function! but generally, i think agencies (marketing, creative, advertising, digital etc) are GREAT for post college grads. You get a ton of exposure to cool work, will learn a ton, be in a fun fast paced environment with other fun young people. Agency life is harder when you're older (drawbacks are that it can be too fast paced/overwhelming work loads), but when you're young, it's doable ;)

Anywhere you want! All companies want fresh graduates. Apply away!

Not sure what you want to do, but sales is great area to get your feet wet quickly.

I would look to see what resources your alma mater has for job seekers. Many times the alumni office will have information or the particular school at the college you went to. Other than that, start networking. Reach out to those you know, attend events for professions you are aiming for, and build a presence on LinkedIn.

i got my first decent job out of college from the job books at my school’s career center. Almost every other job since was through a connection. I’m a big advocate of both of these!

That typical answer is Networking in an area of interest. That said, my neurodiverse friends and I enjoyed contracting and odd jobs to develop practical skills and build confidence. It took us a long time to "warm up" but we more than caught up. You got this!

start by making sure you have no pronouns on your resume or linkedin profile. expect your resume to be thrown in the trash if you have pronouns on your resume or any social media profiles.
