Hello everyone,

Hello everyone,

I am a 2024 batch pass-out, and I am currently facing challenges in securing my first job. Initially, I acknowledged that I lacked sufficient knowledge in my field, but I have worked hard to improve and now possess a solid understanding. Despite this, the situation remains unchanged, and I find myself confused about what steps to take next.

I just need a little guidance—a push in the right direction to kickstart my career. I don’t know if expressing my feelings here will help, but it feels good to share. I promise to never stop seeking opportunities.

Thank you for listening.

I'm not sure what your education or industry is, but your education source is a good place to start. Most colleges, universities, and trade schools have a "career center," which also includes a job board and job counselors. If your career/job category accepts internships, that is also a good place to start.

I hadn't heard this either so looked it up: A "batch pass out" refers to the graduation or completion of a group of individuals, known as a "batch", from a training program or course all at the same time; essentially, it means the entire group is "passing out" (graduating) together.
