Do yourself a favor and seek jobs and network on LinkedIn if you haven't already. You can turn on specific LinkedIn job trackers for notifications to be sent directly to your feed.
Tighten up your resume, also, to reflect the last 6-10 years. The last 15 may be too overwhelming to capture in your resume. Some brevity captures interest. You have to play this part by ear and be ready to tailor your resume accordingly by reflecting the job descriptions that you seek in your resume. Use the verbiage listed in the positions you're seeking.
There are services that specialize in resume aid which can help you get past the bots doing the gatekeeping.
I know you are open to whatever work you can get, but focus on one at a time as you set up your notifications/preferences and make your resume reflect specific positions one at a time. Sometimes if you are too broad or general it can look like desperation.
It's also easier to get a position when you are already employed, even if it's part-time or volunteer work, or consulting - or something off the beaten path like pet sitting. (Once when I was between jobs, I painted the entire interior of my home and reflected that work in the time gap of my unemployment as volunteer home restoration work in my community.)
Check in with contacts you already know because companies and positions may be alerting them and they might be able to let you know who's looking.
Be open and inventive. Good luck on your search.
