How long have you been there?
I'd defend with the facts you do have: continue to document your day so you can adequately continue to illustrate the contributions you have.

In this manner, you can take your thunder back

Counting how many people say the coworker is a narcissist - likely is not one. Limit your contact and grey rock it.

She's probably not a narcissist; she wants to stand out like that everyone as it's dog-eat-dog, sadly.

But what we don't know: is the person OP has issues with lying?

Only solution is to continue to document achievements- daily

Just keep doing you and don't worry about what they are doing. If you see it, I'm sure others do, too.
