I'm starting to see marketing jobs listed with graphic design requirements.

I'm starting to see marketing jobs listed with graphic design requirements. Due to working in the field, I have a good design eye but I wouldn't call myself a designer. That's always been another member of my team with that specific experience. Is anyone else noticing this and I'm worried this is a new trend!

Yes, many more jobs are open but are hybrid offerings that often combining different areas of focus. I'm seeing A.I. impacting so many jobs and providing more content that was previously produced by humans freeing those people.

Part of marketing is content and part of it is visual perhaps the companies you are considering are too small to separate the layers within the marketing function. I would advise you to look at previous employees or current ones in the same function at that company to see which one it is. Good luck, and perhaps learning the tools and being able to work within them is all they want? Ask those questions when you get past go in the interview process without disclosing that you lack those specific skills unless you do.
