Happy New Year ! I am a law school graduate studying for the Bar exam. I am also a new mother and would like to work from home. Does any one know anywhere that is hiring in the legal field with a WFH position ? Please advise, thank you in advance.

    its hard to comment without knowing what type of law you want to do. Typically, graduating law students start out at law firms. My experience with law firms is that they are reluctant to start someone out as a remote employee. Perhaps a contract position would be possible, rather than being an employee. Another option is to work in a role that isn’t the standard practice of law until you can manage a hybrid or in-office role.

    Look at big law firms in big cities such as D.C. I think many in larger cities may have more WFH or hybrid roles.
