I had a really good paying job that i got let go from before my 1 year probation was up, just before Christmas. My boss would do things like: pick up keys for a vehicle i was driving off the table thinking i didnt see him grab it and go lock it in that vehicle, then when i was looking for it helped me look. I finally checked the vehicle and saw keys they had a spare and unlocked it , or when i had to bring up pallots of supplies , no one would help me unload it. But on the days others would bring things up, the whole team would help unload, 5 of us including me, or two of the workers would say they helped me clean 2 of my rooms. I went to check and they did a horrible job cleaning left hair in tub and dirty towels and didnt change sheets just pulled them up. One time he was sharing with me about his exgirlfriend how she wanted him to come see her because he new boyfriend couldnt get an erection. Just randome weird things like this. Or i would get the silent treatment from other workers the entire shift. When i got fired he sat there and said that during one of our outside catering events, that i was sharing to much with him about my personal life, when it was him the whole time talking and i shared one thing about being exausted because i take care of a dementia patient also. From the begining i felt like they were trying to push me out. Ive been jobless since. Going to lose my car cause i cant pay. Im going to be homeless because i cant even pay my rent. Is there any way i can fight this or how should i have dealt with this situation?

I think the best thing at this point is to simply move forward.

Agreed. Perhaps I misinterpreted her post regarding trying to fix her prior employers
