I am a Nigerian medical doctor that has been practicing for about 8 years now. I do enjoy my job and am very passionate about it. However, I am stuck at this point and struggling. I want to make progress in my career but things are not falling into place. Tried traveling outside the country but it didn't work out, tried moving from private to government, not working too. I need help and possible a senior colleague to help me see better. Thank you.
